This product came and is very nicely organized. it looks very nice although was a bit hard to assemble.

The ONLY issue i have with this hair tool is that when you use the straightener attachment tool it disconnects every single time, then it starts beeping with ERR on the display and shuts off. so every few swipes it i have to turn back on. I just had higher hopes for this tool.

The 2 curls that it made were beautiful…however, an “error” code appeared after the second curl and we were unable to use it after that. After turning off and on, changing attachments and unplugging, we finally gave up. I would look at other options.

It's convenient but having already used a similar product before this one keeps detaching and it's loose even when inserted properly

I'm not sure if it was only my item but as we turned it on to use it it started showing an error message on the lcd where it supposed to show the temp I turned it off let it cool n tried again n same I looked online n I found allot of mixed reviews I was really rooting for this product but maybe next time

Pretty cute but Trash.
Don't do it. I bought this in November %26 the heat has always been bad, but since February, it has been giving me an error code. It turns on for a few minutes, enough to do a small potion of a section of hair, and then it beeps error %26 will turn off. I would not buy this crap again.

Overheats too quickly
Everything was fine until it started beeping mid hairdo and turning off, and I didn't have it on too long, I'm guessing cause it was overheating, so I let it cool again for a couple of minutes and turned it back on, and it still did the same thing, beeping and showing ARR.

Loose screws
My first time using the curler, the screw fell out of the curler. I was using it on 410° and it fell out and burned my leg every time I use the curler the screw unscrew.
