I recently placed an order for two jump packs but received two pillows and a football instead. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have been unable to obtain a refund or the correct package from Walmart.
Initially, I contacted Walmart customer service and was advised to return the items to the store. However, upon presenting the order number and the sticker on the received items, which clearly indicated jump packs, the customer service representative denied assistance.
Subsequently, I engaged in three separate customer service calls, each encountering a different response. One call instructed me to return the incorrect items via FedEx using a return label provided. Another call informed me that Walmart would not accept the return due to the mismatch with the order. The third call, however, suggested that I retain the pillows in the football and that Walmart would issue a refund within 48 hours.
Despite these instructions, I have yet to receive a refund or any form of communication from Walmart.
