For its size it packs a punch in comparison to other jumpers with in it's class and at a decent price.. I have two other brands one is a well known brand, they work but if it's cold out or the vehicle battery is really low they struggle, the Gooloo doesn't, it gets the job done.. I even get a second one for my other vehicle no regrets..

Best portable jump pack on the market, would recommend. Walmart has the cheapest price on them too for the everyday consumer, so that’s why I bought here.
wow, this was better than expected. I am recently widowed and wanted to have this so i would not have to ask strangers for help, or be afraid of being stranded alone. This thing is idiot proof, so was not at all nervous about hooking it up and a car with hatch left ajar for 2 wks started right up. 🤌I think its a must have for piece of mind. Getting my daughter one!
Received fast from Walmart with everything as advertise no damage to product. Haven't got the chance to use it to jump a car yet but it looks solidly built and flashlight works . Its fully charge and will stay in the car readily available when the time comes. Got it on sale about $54-$55 so that's a win there, heard it got a good review from Project Farm on Youtube and this should be able to jump all 12 volt gasoline engine and up to 10L diesel.
It's fully charged now and ready for use. Instructions are clear. Seems very sturdy, compact. Good container that will fit under front seat or easily in trunk. I really like and I'm SO relieved about not having to wait around for someone with cables or AAA. Tremendous peace of mind.
It's small, easy to stash in the car....and works so well. My battery was completely dead and one jump from this started my car up straight away (after using the Boost button). The instructions are easy to follow and I now know that I can start my battery where ever I am...even in the middle of nowhere!
I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. however it is in a hard plastic container. I really like that. already saved the device when caught in hard rain. dimple to understand , set up añd use. I really like that. overall I am expecting to get many years use.
The 4000 amp battery charger arrived as scheduled. The item was well packaged but when I unzipped the battery charger case the battery charger is damaged. From the cigarette lighter adapter that was on top of it from the opposite side where the cables are stored. Apparently the cigarette lighter charger adapter was inappropriately tucked on top of a cable wire that severely scratched up the surface face of the battery charger itself. I contacted Walmart.com about it and they were happy to refund my money or take off half the price for the item. Note: Test the item and any items to make sure they work before you accept the latter. The item works. It arrived two bars charged and takes approx 3 additional hrs to fully charge. Charging with a phone charger will get very warm to hot. Make sure you charge with a 5 volt phone charger.
I recently placed an order for two jump packs but received two pillows and a football instead. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have been unable to obtain a refund or the correct package from Walmart. Initially, I contacted Walmart customer service and was advised to return the items to the store. However, upon presenting the order number and the sticker on the received items, which clearly indicated jump packs, the customer service representative denied assistance. Subsequently, I engaged in three separate customer service calls, each encountering a different response. One call instructed me to return the incorrect items via FedEx using a return label provided. Another call informed me that Walmart would not accept the return due to the mismatch with the order. The third call, however, suggested that I retain the pillows in the football and that Walmart would issue a refund within 48 hours. Despite these instructions, I have yet to receive a refund or any form of communication from Walmart.
