It does EGGS-ACTLY what it says it does, make pebbled ice! I immediately cleaned it out and plugged it up! It doesn't make a loud noise when the ice is making like the previous one I had that made bullet shaped ice (which was too big and too hard to crunch). It's quite sleek and elegant looking . It didn't take anytime before I had crunchy, pebbled ice! I am thoroughly impressed! I especially love that it SELF-CLEANS! With my old ice maker, for some reason, it would have a moldy look at the bottom of the ice bucket (which I DETESTED), and I found myself having to clean it quite regularly.

I have been running it non stop since i got it and its a nice ice machine. we love nugget ice and unlike others the ice doesnt melt fast. i can put it in my insulated bottle and i still have ice the next day. It is very quiet and the self cleaning is easy. All you add is the vinegar and water. Rinse it twice and its done. This is my third ice maker and I am a lot more satisfied with it than i ever was the others.

This is a great addition to my kitchen. I love that it operates very quickly and efficiently, it started making ice nuggets in about 10 minutes. It feels very sturdy, heavy, and durable. Overall this is better than messing with trays and it fits perfectly on the counter.

Pretty easy and straightforward to setup and use. It makes little cubes that worked great for my iced coffee. The drain plug is right in front so it was easy to just put it over the sink to drain the melted ice that was left over. Can't wait to use it once it's warmer for different drinks. Has a little weight to it but it's sturdy and should last a while.

The cleaning went smoothly and as directed in the manual. It comes with a sturdy carrying handle. The bucket for the ice is smaller then I expected it to be but that's ok, I empty it often into the freezer. The ice is kind of small and really soft but after being in the freezer they firm up more. It doesn't take up a lot of space and is ideal for small kitchens.

This looks ok on the counter, makes a solid amount of ice but does make intermittent sounds. It is a bit louder than my previous machine and would be perfect for use in an area that isn't adjacent to a space where quiet is needed. The machine is a solid purchase for traditional looks and use. The ice is fairly crunchy but still soft and will melt. This would be a good unit for occasional use, dorm rooms, parties or the man cave since it doesnt' take up much space.

This machine makes the most softest edible ice ever.. I love eating ice and the softer the better and this ice machine is perfection. I love that it's fast and will fill up the entire bucket with ice quickly. It's easy to clean and just looks beautiful on my countertop. I enjoy ice in my drinks on its own and the ice machine has been constantly running for the week and I haven't had any issues at all.
