Very high quality product. This ice maker really churns out ice cube production - as long as you keep feeding it water, it keeps making ice. The machine is quiet, and doesn't take long to refill ice when empty - it makes ice quickly. The ice size and quality are great. I would definitely buy it again and recommend.

This counter top automatic ice maker is really simple to use. I was surprised that it runs nearly silent and isn't loud at all. It makes one size of small cubed ice nuggets perfect for slushie drinks and to just chew on the ice. The directions said to wipe clean the interior water and ice bucket and then let it sit for 1 hour to let the refrigerant settle after shipping. Then you remove the ice bucket, fill to the line with water, replace the ice bucket and press the ice button. Within minutes, it was filling up with ice. I like that the ice bucket is removable and can be stored in the freezer for future use. I like that it has a self clean button. I like that it came with a stainless steel small ice scooper. This was preassembled and didn't require any assembly. It works well and is convenient and quiet. The little soft nuggets of ice are exactly what I wanted. For parties, you can make ice ahead of time and pour it into a larger bucket in your freezer until the party. The little ice pieces are small enough to fit inside the little water bottles.

to say I was super excited when I seen this being delivered is a understatement! easy set up, looks really well made not cheap looking like some of the others. shipping was fast and the price is so much less than the other nugget ice makers! I timed it and it started putting out ice in 8 mins!

Highly recommend. I am quite impressed so far with this little ice machine. It arrived extremely well packaged and undamaged. Super easy set up and cleaning before use. Even comes with a little stainless steel scoop. It is heavier than I expected. Love it in black.

If you prefer the smaller, chewable style ice nuggets then this is for you. It produced its first usable ice at about 10 mins and my picture is of running it for 1 hour. This style ice melts faster than larger cubes so i would recommend emptying the bin frequently and storing the ice in your freezer if you won't be using it as it is produced. It is much quieter than other countertop ice makers I've used and i think it is mostly because of the smaller ice pieces don't make much noise as they come out. The majority of the noise you can hear is from the fan of the cooling unit but it is not bothersome at all. It is easy to clean with the top snapping off and then there is a cover with 4 screws to access the ice producing paddle wheel. the unit looks nice on the counter too and is sure to be a hit when company is over. the black stainless look tends to show finger prints and smudges so if you are concerned by that then be aware of it. overall we are very pleased with this ice maker.

The nugget ice maker is sleek, and easy to set up and use. It fits perfectly on my counter top and the size is slightly smaller the my coffee maker. Which is wonderful because it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It makes the right amount of soft nugget ice that I like. I’m happy with this ice maker. It’s quicker than preparing your own ice and then putting it in your freezer. It saves you so much time with not having to wait.

This item arrived on time with no damage, and exactly as described. I couldn't wait to plug this in for the little bit of water in the reservoir and press start and within seconds I had a whole container full of ice, ready to make margaritas with. I would definitely recommend this product complications and would buy it again the convenience of having ice on hand for Entertaining an For Parties. Plus plus plus also having ice for my water bottles will be a godsend this summer

The ice is perfectly crunchy and perfect for pebble/pellet ice lovers. I do have to transfer the fresh ice to the freezer if I want ice to hold the cold in my drink. The ice also jams quickly after building up in the bucket preventing further ice production. It does come with a handy metal scoop which I love.

Once cleaned for the first time it took no time before I was enjoying ice. The ice needs to either be bagged %26 stored in the freezer or just let it continue to melt %26 remake ice. I find it easier to just keep it in the machine as the ice is a little wet when bagging it %26 it has to be broken up before you can use it.

Make sure to read through all the instructions and not plug it in at least an hour after it is delivered. We left ours overnight to let oil settle. The cleaning and descaling procedures seem a bit excessive. Plan to do multiple cleaning cycles before the first use just to make sure it’s clean before running. Setup is otherwise a breeze. Only a few parts so nothing can get lost and minimal cleaning. It makes great ice. Just remember these countertop units are not freezers. The ice drops and is already melting. So plan to bag it and toss it in the freezer if you want large quantities for a party or something. I was able to fill 2 gallon ziplocks in the course of a day on top of me and my kids using some here and there. So it makes a lot of ice. Way more than our refrigerator ice maker. You will have to keep up on emptying the ice container and refilling the water. It recommends using soft water sources. We’re on a well with very hard water that runs through a ‘conditioner’ not an actual water softener system so we’ll see what that does to it over time but the ice still looks and tastes great. The instructions recommend using vinegar to clean and descale it weekly and monthly but I plan to get ice maker specific cleaning solution to simplify the process and hopefully end up with less ice that tastes like vinegar. Overall it works fairly well. Only gripes are that the ice comes out and builds up in the container in such a way where you have to shake the ice or spread it evenly with the ice scoop to get it to continue to make ice otherwise it would never fill more than say half. It means you’ll have to bag more frequently if you want to store the ice you’re making. Also I’m unsure what the self cleaning cycle actually is. I don’t think there’s much cleaning happening other than just running water through the system without freezing it. It’ll need basically daily emptying and drying to really avoid buildup over time. Overall a nice machine. There are probably several out there with more bells and whistles and are setup to make more ice but you’ll also pay a premium. With one of these countertop models in the $400 range and expected lifespans of only a few years, this one only has to last a year or so to be financially a better option. I have no doubts it’ll last a year. Ice is chewable like nugget ice should be. Will probably try bottled water to see how much difference there is compared to our treated well water.
