I’m honestly I love this ice maker! Makes the perfect soft, chewable ice , and it makes really fast, which I love. The capacity is great we never run out of ice at home now. It’s also super easy to use, just plug it in, clean super easy, and water and that’s it. Setup was quick and simple. It feels durable well made, not cheap at all and it’s portable so I can move it around easily.

This is a wonderful product. I chew ice all the time and have had dental work because of it. This ice is soft and wonderful very light and easy to chew. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves the two ice.

I’ve been using this ice machine for a while now and I’m very happy with it. It starts making ice quickly and keeps up well for daily use. The design is compact and looks nice on the counter. The ice tastes clean and the machine is easy to operate. It can get a little noisy, but nothing too bad. Overall, it’s reliable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I’ve heard people talking about nugget ice (“the good ice”) that they prefer in their drinks and didn’t see what the fuss was about until I tried this nugget ice maker! What a wonderful surprise! This machine is very high quality and durable with a sleek modern design. It’s so easy to set up and start using right away. In just a few minutes it starts dispensing the nugget ice down into the ice basket at the bottom, and soon it’s ready to scoop out and enjoy! I love the digital display and the blue light you can turn on while watching the ice dispense. It’s fun to watch and emits a beautiful blue glow. Its quiet while running and the ice starts dispensing after just a few minutes so you don’t have to wait long. I’m used to the ice from my refrigerator ice maker, but after I tried this nugget ice I’m hooked! Compared to regular ice cubes this machine makes smaller and softer textured ice pieces. And if you like to chew your ice you don’t have to worry about it hurting your teeth. My teeth are a little sensitive and I much prefer this nugget ice to traditional ice cubes or crushed ice. This is definitely a case where I didn’t really see the need for this appliance until I tried it and now I really enjoy it and love using it! It’s so easy to operate as well as clean and it’s overall just fun to use. I know it will help me drink more water because ice water tastes much better with this nugget ice. My whole family loves it! You can also fill it with your preferred bottled water if you want and fresh made ice definitely tastes better! If you love going out and getting fountain drinks with this type of ice, now you can make and enjoy them at home! So if you’re shopping for a nugget ice maker, I highly recommend this Goosiay model. i honestly dont have any dislikes, my little family drinks alot of water throughout the day and it keeps up with our ice intake. its super easy. its super nice looking. it is bigger then i imagined it being but its not bulky. i would absolutely recommend this ice maker.

My husband and I got into a huge argument over this kind of machines. My husband gave up and I decided to try it. It’s on our kitchen counter now, next to our refrigerator. The ice quality is consistently excellent, soft and crunchy. Produces the first batch in 15-20 minutes, whenever it dispenses the ice, put it in a zipper bag or pitcher or something, and put that in the freezer. Then unplug when you have enough ice. You shouldn’t have to let it run all the time, the main body isn’t meant to keep it frozen. On the other hand, I also like that it operates with a noticeable sound but it is not noisy. This machine has a self cleaning function, you can run bleach or vinegar solution through it and it will dump it out into a bucket.

3 stars because it makes a high pitch hum that my last ice maker(which is the exact same one, different name on it) didn't make. i am glad to have ice as i didn't realize how much i go through until i lost my old one, but the high pitch noise is too much.

I bought this in February and loved it at first but it’s month 3 and the machine already has a smell that won’t go away. Tried contacting the seller and nothing. Very upsetting for the price I paid. I kept up with the maintenance on it so there’s no reason it should be like this. I would stay away and get something that will last longer even if it cost you a little more

I bought this ice maker and done everything by the instructions before I used it. After cleaning it as instructed, it was time to start making the ice. It took over an hour just to get a full cup of ice. That was all it made. It would only put out 3 to 4 small cubes of ice after I started it. It was extremely slow and not worth the hassle at all. I don’t recommend this ice maker to anyone. I’ll be buying another one but not from that same company.
