GoPro HERO13 Black

I can't a review on this product at this time because it's a Christmas gift. However it came sealed with the pull tab to open.

I bought right before my wife and I took a Hawaiian vacation. Used this to record nearly every aspect of our trip. Loved the time warp feature. Got some excellent time delay photos of the starts, amazing panoramas. The video stabilization and horizon leveling are awesome. It's like it's on a professional gimbal no matter how much I carelessly bounced it around. I even took it SCUBA diving with a waterproof case and used it without the waterproof case for lots of snorkeling (it's waterproof up to 33 feet without the extra waterproof housing). The software is super easy to use and the user interface was so much better than it was the last time I owned a GoPro (I had a Hero 4 back in the day). I hated the software that came with it. But was extremely happy with the software for this one. Since we have come home I have taken it to a couple of concerts and have had amazing results. Its biggest drawback is that it does leave a little to be desired in low light settings. But it was amazing for every other use. I highly recommend this model.

i really like the size and quality of the product i wish it came with a mount case that goes on the camera have to pay extra for the mounting case i am a walmart associate and i am buying for myself to create videos

Can only take around 35-50 minute videos before overheat or battery dies. Kinda sad for the price, I ended up buying 3 more batteries just so I could use the camera how I thought it SHOULD work.

The 13th doesn't have much of an update from the 12th. Battery a bit better but maybe not enough to justify the price difference. Great cameras though and compact for traveling.

Difficult to use. It was missing parts needed for simple use.Also the memory card was the wrong size and I have to buy another one now.

Gopro hero13 black is a complete piece of junk. We spent hours trying to uppdate It so we could use it with no luck. I tried to contact customer support that was a complete waist of time could only communicate thru email and they only responded once so I returned the GoPro and all the accessories and my wife went without a Christmas gift!!! I will never purchase another GoPro product!!!!

Was charged as if the camera was a brand new, unopened box item. Received an open box returned item. All the hardware was included but it was obvious it was a used item that was returned and there was absolutely none of the manuals, stickers, warranty information, or paperwork in the box. Customer service said only option was to return item but that wasn't really an option for me. There was specific reason why I ordered store delivery. ($20 express delivery plus $50 tip)

Buy GoPro go pick it up they bring me a bag of tea bags I don't except tea bags and now I have no GoPro they gave it to someone else and they have my Money but will not give me a GoPro says have to refund me that could take up to 30 days this is Walmart mistake but I have no GoPro I paid for and have to wait up to 30 days for a refund

This camera is very complicated to program or use, I have yet to have the camera work as described. One of my grandsons finally set it up for me, Then the camera got hot and shut off.
