GoPro Shorty Mini Extension Pole And Tripod, Black

My son is a goalkeeper and sets up the stand/go pro in the corner of the goal to record videos. Happy with the length it extends to and also collapses away neatly. Only concern is the tripod stands could break easily if hit with the ball at speed.

I have two handles that I switch between. This one is always attached to my gopro, unless I'm in the water. Then I use the Handler floating handle. I use the Shorty for all non-water activities and couldn't live without it.

Pretty handy and just the perfect size when you want to record or take a picture/selfie

Like in the title, I think this thing is awesome! I love that it is a really short (hence it's name) accessory, so that you can just slip it in your pocket and then just screw on when you want to shoot and extend if needed. I also love the tripod part of it, so if you want to do a time lapse you can just extend if wanted and get the angle you want and then start recording! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because when I screw my GoPro Hero 8 to this accessory it kind of is a little tight to push in between the two forks, and then to screw it in is a little hard because of that. So to sum it up this accessory is great, I would definitely recommend it!

Its versatile and really neat to have in addition to your go pro accessories. My only complaint and I think I want to have the issue addressed. When recording with the handle on hand, it causes mini shakes that is visible and screws with my videos.It takes away from the hyper smooth 3.0 and that does not even correct it.... Its annoying and not sure if its due to how delicate mini extension pole is?. Though... As a tripod on stable ground its Killer!

It works great, light weight and heavy friction on the extention joints. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the grip/tripod that feels really flimsy and cheap its also a smooth finish thats slippery when wet or sweaty with for an action camera is not ideal hopefully they'll come out with an action upgrade and concentrate on the practicality of the grip/tripod with a focus on the sports/action user in mind. But for the vloger/selfish posers out there this thing is a 5 star home run.

But after a few usages it ist broken. Price does Not match quality in my oppinion.

The tripod does not work with the hero 13. The fingers on the tripod are too small so you to force it into the cameras fingers. It also is too short. The tripod falls over, especially if the GoPro is pointing all the way up to the sky for star trails or there is any wind.

Since it cane with the GoPro Hero 10 with accessoires pack i started yo use it from the start, but when i extend it, it will just xome sliding down, it does not holder the weight of the camera nor does it feel off high quality, the upperpart has friction sideways, so it will move from left to right very umstable. Would not recommend it and would not buy it for the original price. Be aware.
