Great on chicken!
I bought this as a rub for baked in the oven chicken thighs. Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with Gordon Grub Rub. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees and turn up the heat to 385 degrees for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice with a little chili crisp oil, and you've got one delicious dinner.
