I got these wrist supports because I kept having pain while working on my laptop. They are very comfortable and a good size and nice color. It's definitely been helping taking pressure of my wrists!

The mouse and keyboard pads are good quality, the nonslip does not work well on smooth laminate desk or glass surfaces the mouse pad tends to move around while working.

this is not made of gel so the name should not even mention it. it's a stiff memory foam that I'm still not sure if it will soften up at all. it also does not seem to be stain resistant as it's already darkening where I lean the most after about a week of daily use. overall, it's fine but very firm.

I do not like the size nor quality for a all-day sit at my desk type of protection. I will use this in my mobile bag for when I go to other clients' offices to work.

The Keyboard pad is great. But the mouse wrist pad is thin and even after a few days of use has already deformed permanently. It gets teh job done, so for teh price paid its fine.

although this is a good keyboard the mouse is missing from the package it should be included as a set like shown in the description. it's a manufacturer issue as I was sent a replacement with the same incomplete set.

I received a text and an email that it was delivered and it wasn't, and the app does not provide any contact details on who to reach out to. I was literally standing outside in my driveway when I got the delivery alert. Now I can't even figure out how to get my money back. I haven't put a lot of time into because I'm always working. Hense, the reason I was looking forward to wrist relief. I started clicking through different screens and there was every scenario possible to resolve mistakes except “order not received.”

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH NO SUPPORT. THE PADS ARE HARD AS ROCKS, NOT GEL!!! ITEM WILL BE RETURNED!!!

Never received it and the only thing Wal-Mart customer service could do was refund my money.
