Beautiful and works really well. When you lay it in your shower/tub, press down on the suction cups - so easy, takes 30 seconds, great gripping factor. Also, a cold water wash with laundry soap takes care of water stains and the mat comes out looking new! Although I chose 'clear', I probably will order a color for the 2nd bathroom.

I must've bought four different kinds of rugs for the tub and none of them gripped like this one does and I feel so confident. I don't need a chair anymore to sit in because I'm scared I'm gonna fall. It really grips the floor and my feet do not slip out from under me so I can wash my hair and stand still and for me that's everything so I'm gonna get me another one for my daughter.

this thing is fabulous it sticks down really good and I just spray it with cleaner every time I use the shower I don't pull it up all the time I don't think that's necessary it's really a good thing to have in your shower to keep from slipping highly recommend it

I have purchased 2 of the GORILLA GRIP Patented Bath Tub Shower Mat. It stays in place and does not move around. I feel so much safer using this mat. I am sure you will love it as much as I do. Give it a try!

stickers don't butt up to each other leaving slippery parts in between. I think this will be good- I only used it once so far. not so thick like the ones we had as kids. suction seems to work well. I pulled it up and rinsed it after use and hung it over edge of tub to dry. I have a very large tub and it covers most of it.

I haven't tried it yet. Am airing it out - now lying in the sun for 2nd day. Said to relieve the plastic-ish odor. What dismays me - this is the first mat for the shower and bathtub - is that the instructions say I ought to push the thing down (the little suction cups on the underside) to make certain it won't slip around in the water while I'm standing there in the shower. I certainly do NOT wish to slip and fall on a wet shower surface. So I suppose I ought to be grateful for the advice. Same time, I do NOT like the idea that if I don't spend heaven knows how long it'll take mashing down the dozens of little suction cups to get this thing to stay in one place while I take a shower . . . if I don't do that - it appears from the instructions then it's likely to slip around on the floor of the shower --> and get me to fall and wind up down there, too! Will see if the suction-cup effort remains as bothersome as it feels right now. I'll hope that after a couple tries, it'll turn out to be easier than I suspect. If not I'll decide not to use the mat.

It literally stinks. I've had it aired out for 2 days and it's still stinks as badly as when I first opened the package. Not good. I know some products have to do off gassing but this one is ridiculous.

No suction capability. Very tiny poorly designed suction cups. After significant efforts to press it down, it still slipped and proved to be not capable of adhering to the surface. Very pool quality!

I bought this for my elderly mother. Does not stick at all on her shower or bathtub. I'm disappointed because Wirecutter recommended it and I like the look and the fact you can throw it in the washing machine. I'll have to return it.
