I really like this manual can opener. It feels very sturdy and heavy-duty, unlike other flimsy ones I've used before. The "Soft Touch" handle is comfortable to grip, which makes it easy to use without hurting my hands. I also absolutely love the color—it looks great in my kitchen! It opens cans smoothly and feels like it will last a long time. Definitely recommended

This Gorilla Grip can opener is awesome! The turquoise color looks great and adds a nice touch to the kitchen (so says my wife). The grip is strong and comfortable, making it easy to use without slipping. The stainless steel feels like great quality and the mechanism moves very, very smoothly with no effort. It opens cans beautifully. Everything about it feels well made and reliable, including the weight. It comes very well packaged, too. I'm absolutely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The gorilla grip manual can opener arrived just in time for me to make a tuna fish sandwich for dinner! It is EASY to use. I feel like someone with arthritis or other issues would be able to use this can opener. It is smooth and glides around the rim of the can. Plus, I really like the cute color. :)

I've had this can-opener for just a few weeks and have used it about a half dozen times. It seems to do a good job, is easy and comfortable to use, and appears to be well made. I was able to get it for a great sale price so I am extra happy with it. I have both electric and the "no sharp edge" rechargeable types as well but like the convenience of this one. It's quick, portable, and doesn't take much space. It's also easy to clean after use.

This is a great manual can opener. It has a big crank handle and big grip handles that have a soft coating on them. Very easy to open cans and you don't get the pieces of sheared metal on the lid as your opening it. I had the smaller skinny manual can opener, very hard to turn the crank and there were little pieces of metal on the lid. I threw it in the trash and bought this one.

While I've read positive things about Gorilla Grip's products, this one lacked basic quality control. I wasn't even able to use it because the blade and rotatory gear meet up together causing instant dulling. It's almost as if it was lacking a spacer or washer as I couldn't get them to adjust using the screw at the end. I can understand having a "cheap" product and not expecting much, but if you're charging more money than your basic can opener, I'd at least expect it to function normally. I cannot recommend this product since the one I received can't even close and wouldn't be an option as a backup.

I have arthritis in my hands %26 thought this would work but it's too hard to turn.

NO CONSIDERATION FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND NON-USER FRIENDLY FOR HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS... DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT FOLLOWED. I SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PLACED ON TOP OF THE RED BENCH LOCATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE GARAGE DOOR. I AM HANDICAPPED AND HAVE VERY LIMITED MOBILITY, SO BY HAVING THE RED BENCH BY THE GARAGE DOOR JT IS SAFER FOR ME TO USE A WHEELED WALKER TO ACCESS DELIVERIES.

I would not recommend this can opener. It is made with poor-quality materials and does not grip the can properly, making it difficult to use. The product feels cheaply made and does not perform as expected. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing purchase.

It was not. I informed Walmart online that the item was delivered to someone else's mailbox, not mine, and I did not later receive it from a neighbor. I was told then that Walmart would replace the item, They have not. I no longer trust Walmart to deliver my online orders.
