I have carpal tunnel %26 most likely arthritis in my wrists %26 hands as well, my old can opener broke %26 I this one was a great replacement. It is sturdy, easy to use %26 turn, has a nice soft rubber material on the handles %26 twist knob %26 works well for my needs. I'd recommend it.

I got the two pack which was a good bargain and it's always nice to have extra can opener handy. This is a quality can opener at a good value price.

The can opener I received does not look like the one pictured. It didn't even come packaged with a gorilla grip tag %26 doesn't say it in the can opener either. It feels cheap. But maybe it is the same one straight from the factory that didn't get stamped %26 packaged from the company yet. In which case, I shouldn't have paid the price of it being their product.

My previous can opener broke. Decided to buy a better "brand". The two openers were identical, with the new one having Gorilla stamped on it! Just a cheap generic opener. I NEVER would have bought the same device after the first broke! Of course, the Gorilla brand cost much more than the generic. I think they got an additional $5 for stamping their name on it.

the unit is all metal well put together only the shaft carrying the twist handle and the drive wheel which take the most stress and strain has a plastic bushing on it. did have. first time I put pressure on the can opener the plastic bushing extruded right out of the can opener. never opened a can fully. garbage engineering. any fool knows a soft plastic bushing which is actually more like a grommet it had such a big hole to fill is not what you want on a half stress point in an all-metal device. save your money try to find made in America.

It's a basic black can opener. No where does it say '' Gorilla Grip '' , no tag or logo and produces jagged sharp edges. Buyer Beware !
