Nice ladder, but not so lightweight
Sturdy ladder with top two extra deep steps. Removable project bucket is a nice touch. Not as lightweight as I would have liked.

Never Received the Item Ordered
Bad review reflects the fact that I never received the ladder I ordered. I did receive an email message that said it was delivered, but it was not anywhere to be found. The order contained three items, two were received and one (the ladder) was not. I reached out with a complaint and received a generic response that said they were looking into it. That was three weeks ago!
