I can't tell whats brought about the hormones of a 14 y/o boy in me wether its this or locked & loaded, I stack both just one capsule of each a day and I feel amazing.

The ashwaganda in this is better for at night when you want cortisol low, but things like fodgoia and boron are better in the morning. I can't sleep if I take it before bed, but I am drowsy if I take it during the day.

I like the product, but shipping and follow through with USPS by the seller is horrific.
