Excellent quality and variety of options for each set. Its impressive that my 17, 6, and 2 year olds can all play on it at once without any strain on the playset. And I love that one of the first things you see when opening the box is a parts checklist with each section hand signed ensuring nothing’s been missed. While we’ve only had ours a few months, my brother and his family have had theirs almost 10 years and is just as safe and sturdy as when they first bought it. We’re so pleased we spent the few extra hundred bucks (vs some of the cheaper brands out there) and went with this one!

I purchased this item a few weeks ago. The shipment was a little delayed but that was expected with everything going on. I was able to get the set together in about 10 hours with 1 persons help. The instructions were awesome which made assembly much easier than I anticipated it would be. I have some playground mulch to put down then some edging to tie it off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the local playgrounds closed due to COVID19, my husband and I decided to buy a play structure for our backyard. I'm so glad we did! It took a while for the two of us to build (about 10 hours that we spread over a few afternoons) but the instructions were very clear and the parts labeled. I'd recommend laying everything out to inventory and organize first. After a while we got into a groove putting it together. One of us did the measuring/drilling while the other set out the boards and hardware needed for the next step. It's sturdy, attractive, and the kids absolutely love it.

My three year old son loves the swing (we bought the toddler swing seat). He wakes up in the morning and the first thing he wants to do is go outside and go on the swing! Also fantastic customer services. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and kind.

We bought this set for our kids ranging in age from 2-6 and are hoping to get 10 plus years of use out of it. We liked that it was compact in size, yet had a lot of great features for the kids to enjoy. The extra features like the rock wall, steering wheel, and telescope really bring it to life for the kids. I was impressed with the instructions and the relative simplicity to assemble the playset. I had one issue with one of the boards that required a large pilot hole to be drilled. Otherwise, everything went together nicely. I thought the boards might be a little more heavy duty, but the set seems to be solid overall. Giving a 4 vs 5 stars because we just put it up this weekend so we need to see how long it will last before giving it 5 stars. One thing no one has mentioned is you need to seal the wood or it voids the warranty - they don't do this for you. It took my husband and a neighbor 2 days to put up - working about 4/5 hours each day. The material is actually very good. To balance we did have to put wood under the swing poles. Very happy with this swing set and would definitely recommend.

i bought this playset and it was delivered within a few days!! it is great for the kids. it took about 8 hours to build and that was with 3 people helping so plan on an all day project. the only difficult part was i wish there was an easier way to label all the wood. they use this long number/letters on each board and it takes time fig out if you have the correct piece.
