Gorilla Playsets Chateau Cedar Swing Set with Green Vinyl Canopy and Natural Cedar Posts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be happier with our new swingset! The quality of the materials is excellent—you can really tell it's built to last. The installer was fantastic to work with—extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right for us. He did a great job with the installation and even made sure everything was cleaned up before he left, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality, sturdy, strong and the perfect size for the grandkids or even when we have a gathering and tons of kids are here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy that we got this set for our daughter. It did take 2 months to come in (thank you covid) but once we got it it was easy put together. There are a lot of pieces to sort through, but everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are easy to follow. Our daughter plays on it every day- weather permitting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when our granddaughter was 1 year old. She'll be 12 in a couple of months and we now have 3 grands. My hyhas taken great care to make sure it is stained every couple of years and it's still beautiful. The wood on the top on the rope ladder was not as thick and didn't make it but overall the best that money can buy. Our had the poly coated beams( now referred to as Timber Shield. It's a must for protection and durability. I wish the whole set had this coating as the beams and posts that do are completely maintenance free. It may even last until we have great grands!!!

My kids love this playset! Unfortunately when it was installed they screwed the hardware in so tight only took a couple months for the wood to spilt in multiple Places. They replaced one piece but we had to hire someone to swap it out. It also has black mold all over it. We haven’t even had it one year. I’m really disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The playset is nice overall, my kids will love it. The instructions were ok, but some of the suggested measurements were off during assembly. The wood isn't as hard as I expected but will be fine.

While I understand that this was a big project, there are a few items that could have made this project go much faster._x000D_ 1: It would have been helpful to have a part number list and quantity on each page of the instructions, I spent A LOT of time flipping between the part list pages and the current step I was on_x000D_ 2: I understand that the paper instructions are 2 dimensional, but at times the instructions were not clear on the specific location of some of the bolts, washers, screws etc. Having better graphics would go a long way_x000D_ 3: All the wood, hardware and plastic pieces have a quality feel to them. I am excited to watch my kids interact with the playset.

While overall quality was good, I did file a warranty claim on May 18 because 18 of the 5/16 Tee Nuts were missing. Today is June 10 and nothing from them, after a few days of nothing, I went out and bought them from a 3rd party as this was a B-Day present for my grandkids. Horrible service. From an engineering perspective, it should have galvanized L-brackets on the frame for stronger support when children are swinging. I am adding these.
