I ordered three sets of these for my 3-old's swing set. These are very sturdy, attach easily and are durable. Will not fade or break. Good value for the money.
I bought handles like this at Home Depot exactly like these for more than twice the price. I needed more so I turned to walmart.com. When they came in, I was surprised that they were exactly like the ones I had bought at Home Depot. Sturdy, thick plastic. This is the best buy.
Just put up a gorilla playset and needed extra handles to add to the ladder to make it easier for our 2 year old grand daughter to climb up . We also put a set at the top of the slide to also give her something to hold onto as she sits to slide. Very sturdy handles.
Very helpful when my kids try to go inside their tree house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the local playgrounds closed due to COVID19, my husband and I decided to buy a play structure for our backyard. I'm so glad we did! It took a while for the two of us to build (about 10 hours that we spread over a few afternoons) but the instructions were very clear and the parts labeled. I'd recommend laying everything out to inventory and organize first. After a while we got into a groove putting it together. One of us did the measuring/drilling while the other set out the boards and hardware needed for the next step. It's sturdy, attractive, and the kids absolutely love it.
Great value. These handles are huge btw!
Great would totally recommend and purchase again if need to be
These safety handles are pretty high-quality; we'll see how they hold up over the long-term. We felt the price was kind of expensive, but the product is as described.
I bought a pair of these handles for a playset I was bulding. I installed them three weeks ago and last week I noticed one of them is already broken. I built this for my little girls third birthday. She is still not ready to go up in to the fort area. She just uses the swings and we put her at the top of the slide and let her slide down. No one has used the handles yet. Gave it 2 stars since I may have just received a defective one, otherwise a one would be generous. The only thing that could have caused it would be the sun, but an item for an outdoor playset should be able to handle the sun for a lot longer than a couple of weeks. Only gets the sun the first few hours of the day. I have a set of yellow ones of another brand; I will most likely replace the green ones with another set of those.
Built my 4 year old an indoor clubhouse. And months later one “safety” handle has crack in it. He just started weighing 40lbs and seldomly grabs it to pull him self inside the club house. Hes right handed and the the one on the right side still seems perfect. Definitely a defect. Can't imagine if it were outdoors in the sun.
