Gorton's Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp

The quality of all of their products is always amazing, but this product in particular is probably my favorite from the brand. Thank you for making my lunch amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These butterfly shrimp are delicious, the outside is perfectly crispy and crunchy and the inside is juicy. The bright yellow packaging makes it pop out in the aisle. It was easy and fast to make I loved them and would definitely buy again.

They serve as a snack or as a dish. delicious, well-closed packaging that keeps them fresher and ready to enjoy, highly recommended.

I chose to make these in the air-fryer, and that provided a nice crisp. The taste wasn't bad, but it didn't compare to homemade. At 5 shrimp per serving, it definitely gave appetizer vibes. I would totally consider serving these at a party

I was excited to try the Shrimp, as I had them for my Friday Lenten meal. I was very disappointed in the product as a whole. The shrimp were nonexistent and the batter just wasn't very good. I checked the date on the product to make sure the store hadn't sold me a outdated product, but that wasn't the case. I was just not satisfied and won't purchase them again.

They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside; however, the breading on them is quite thick. While the light and airy breading add a satisfying crunch, I would have preferred to taste more of the shrimp. Although the taste of these frozen shrimp is nowhere near that of fresh shrimp, they serve as a reasonable snack or appetizer option when hosting a party or during social gatherings.

I tested the Gortons Air Fryed Butterfly Shrimp and followed the instructions on the package. This product left a little to be desired. The shrimp were small and not juicy. The breading was crumby and didn't have a lot of taste. It is easy to prepare but I don't think I will purchase this product again in the future.

I was very disappointed in your butterflies shrimp. They were way to small to butterfly. I expected 6-8 in a package since that style is larger. The temp of 425 is at least 25 degrees too high but it's the first time I have purchased them, they have been twice as big, so I went for 425. I turned after 10 minutes and realized how small they were and shrinking. So I gave them the minimum time, 6 more minutes. For dinner I had over cooked tiny shrimp with crust so crisp and dark they were unpleasant to eat. Very disappointed.
