GoSports X5 Swimming Kickboard - Advanced 5 Position Training Aid for Pool Exercise - Adult 22" Size

Great practice swimming kickboard for both adults and kids alike. Various grip positions are a great addition to the board itself for use as a learning tool, or to improve one's abilities while swimming.

Works great. I like the varied grip options. It is hollow plastic but that really doesn't affect anything.

Exactly as described. I watched the video and learned some things. It's just like the one used at swim lessons.

This is great product, can be used for kids and adults. Handles make it more convenient to use, very reasonably priced and excellent quality!

Kick board was the same as the kids learned with during swimming lessons. They knew what to do and it worked great.

this item is just a pictured and functions well for my workouts.

This kickboard gets used when I go to the lazy river. Instead of floating around, I also get a bit of leg exercise. It has come in handy too when all the tubes are in use and I can still be lazy with the kickboard. Love all of the handholds for both swimming and carrying. People always ask about my board and where I got it. Works great for a 190 lb 57 year old...

Great for practicing different swimming techniques.

Ease of gripping

it's sturdy, but smaller in size than expected
