Apparently, getting these to work in an Apple ecosystem takes a lot of extra work and I didn't realize they don't support Apple. I got them working easily with the SmartLife app and everything works as stated.

This product works with the Gosund App! You don't have to use Google or the Apple Home apps in order to control this device. It's simple to install and easy to use!

I love to speak to Alexa or Echo and tell her to turn off for example the Christmas lights. Especially when I'm deadbeat tired or suffering from my endometriosis flares or pained up episodes and the other members of my family can't help me. Save extra energy on my electricity bill consumption. :)

This specific product only works with Apple HomeKit, not google home/Alexa. I had to email Gosund and they said there is two version of the wp6. This description is wrong.
