I like it doesn't have an overpowering smell and the color holds to your hair. I love the color and the way it left my hair soft.

I was going from medium brown dyed hair, so first I bleached out the color, and pre-treated. Then I applied the Dusty Silver shade. (I have experience lightening my hair, using bleaching products). This product worked great on the first application and I liked the result. I will purchase again.

I like the result of using this on my graying hair. It takes it to a slightly darker shade %26 looks natural, not all my hair the same color.

First of all, it took too long to deliver it. secondly the box was beat up and falling apart and the packaging was fine so obviously they mailed it in beat up condition. Thirdly it was way overpriced and i am not that familiar with haircolor prices so it was my fault I didn't compare prices. The pricing was at least $6 over the price of the same product at HEB. and I'm talking delivery so the price you pay for delivery at HEB is more expensive than in the store. Additionally, the box I received is obviously an old version because I've seen the same product in a newer designed package. I checked the entire box and there was no expiration date on it so I do not know how old the product is or what the effect will be once I use it on my hair. obviously the party that sold the product to me took advantage of both me and your company as I am sure you do not want to be known as selling inferior, outdated and overpriced products. Thank you for your time .

said my product was delivered...I ran outside in the rain looking every where...Mailbox, porch ,driveway neighbors...nothing! im so upset because I was extremely excited to do my hair! Now I'm out of money, no dye, and still have my hopes upset! please replace or refund my money...

The packaging was terrible. It arrived in a Mylar type sealed package and when I opened the package both boxes were broken and the contents were jumbled all in the bag.

All of the reviews I read here and across the internet were stating to NOT use this stuff. If you bought it thinking you're going to look like the girl on the box, think again. Over 50% of those who bought this ended up with NOTHING like what the box color depicted. When it hit me that Schwarzkopf was who made it, I shouldn't have bought it to begin with had I known. I wasn't pleased with their regular hair color, so I really doubt I would have been happy with this either. For that reason, I am returning these.

This product did not do what it said it would as a matter of fact it turned my already light silver hair to a gross mud brown. My hair looks horrific now. It will cost me a fortune to have the color corrected, and I'll probably be looking at some serious damage to my hair.
