Just like they are advertised; they truly are nonstick without any cooking spray and are extremely easy to clean. I've also noticed that I can cook at a lower temperature than what I would have to with my last cookware.

The size of the pots and skillets are just what you need in the kitchen, and the quality is really great. Food doesn't stick and they are easy to clean. The handle can get hot while you're cooking, but it's just something to be mindful of. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In an effort to make healthier choices when cooking, I have tried several non-stick cookware pieces that don't contain harmful chemical coatings. So when I saw the titanium ceramic cookware by Gotham Steel, I was intrigued. Can a sauté pan made of steel with a non-stick coating work? My first experiences have proven successful and the daily omelet is easier than ever! Plus, cleanup is a breeze. I am cognizant that special care for these types of pans will be needed so to not overheat them and damage the coating. Sauces, soups, and sauté veggies are perfect in this beautiful cookware set and a dream come true in the kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying cooking with the Ti-Ceramic Nonstick cookware set in the Gotham Steel color. They are a beautiful gray color with a unique copper color on the inside. The set came with a nice variety of sizes. The pans seem to heat evenly and the non stick feature is great and works well. My favorite feature is that these pans are dishwasher safe. I despise doing dishes and with these I can rinse and put in the dishwasher. It's nice to have such easy clean up. The one thing I don't love is that the handles aren't very comfortable. I prefer a more rounded handle and these are a flat edge handle. It's a small compromise to make and I still really enjoy using this set of cookware. I would recommend to others looking for a dishwasher safe, non-stick set of pans.

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.

I ordered the copper colored, but what I got were red in color unfortunately the color you sent does not go with the color scheme of my kitchen. I also had ordered the 10.5 inch griddle but someone changed my order to a 9.5in fry pan. I intend on returning both items, cause I am not happy.

These were gifted to us as we recently got an induction cooktop but they do not work with it. For an induction heating element to work, it has to connect magnetically with the pan as that is how it heats it but these very rarely connected due to the metallic rings being too far from the center of the pan or pot. There is one pan that has a metal coating all along the bottom and it works most of the time but still you had to get it on just right. My T-Fal pots and pans work great every time so I guess I will take these back and get more of those.

Bought these about a year ago, did not realize they only guaranteed them for 90 days, after about four months I then realized why they don't last much past this time. Everything sticks in them and the big frying pan warped after about 4 months of use, I will go back to buying Cooks Essentials pans They are a bit more expensive but they are lifetime guaranteed.
