Gotham Steel Bacon Bonanza 12 Slice Nonstick Copper 2-Piece Set

I have bought several various bacon cookers over the years: microwave ones, self-contained ones, etc. but I have to say this is absolutely the best I've ever run across.

Best thing since sliced bread. Cooks bacon excellent. We also throw stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers on the rack.

I'm giving it 5 stars oh, because there is nothing wrong with the product, but it is just not "my cup of tea".

You can cook up to 12 slices of bacon at a time. And it is so much healthier without all that grease from the bacon.

It cooks the bacon crisp like we like it and by lining the pan with foiil saves clean up. I put the fat side up and it makes the bacon crisper. I also turn the rack upside down to put the bacon higher off the bottom of the pan to cook better.

We have used once since purchasing. We use a thick cut of bacon so it takes longer to cook than the recommended cooking time suggests for the product. They came out well, but not quite crispy enough to our liking. Will be trying again with the rack inverted as the product suggests for crispier bacon. I do really like that the bottom tray is a perfect fit and can catch all grease drippings.

cooked the bacon on the top nice and crispy, bottom half not so much, takes a little longer than they say to cook.

Purchased this pan so that my husband wouldn't have to stand by the stove waiting to cook several strips of bacon. Thought this would be easier, cleaner, and shorter time. Because the bacon does not cook evenly, we like crisp bacon, we have to turn the bacon over to cook both sides. Each side takes us 30 minutes to cook it like we want. Now it takes an hour to cook our bacon. Will probably return to store.

What a disappointment! After one use the bacon started sticking and it's impossible to clean. Even tried spraying the rack and it didn't help. And bacon doesn't cook evenly between the pieces located on the outside or inside of the tray. And the top of thr slice is much crispier than the bottom. After 4 uses and too much time spent scrubbing and picking at it with a toothpick, we have thrown it out.
