Heavy n durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These frying pans are awesome. Cast textured for even frying and temperature. Easy clean up too. Very heavy and durable great for fried chicken. These pans will be around a long while. Soap and warm water make clean up a breeze.

So-so pans
I have induction stove and these pans are not very good for induction. The bottom of the pan doesn't fully trigger the heat. To find out if an induction pan will work, you have to use a magnet. The magnet doesn't work in the middle and about an inch all around the bottom of the pan. when the pan gets going, it works well.
