Gotham Steel Nonstick Griddle Pan 10.5 inch Griddle Flat Fry Pan for Eggs Pancakes Bacon More

I purchased a small fry pan made out of the same Gotham steel as this and love it so I was excited about this griddle. We love french toast and when I saw the griddle was available in this Gotham steel I was thrilled and had to have it. We were not disappointed! Love it!!! It felt awesome to take my old griddle with the cracked handle and toss it in the trash. I will eventually own an entire set of Gotham.

I've had non-stick pans in the past but they scratch and blister over time. That coating is toxic so I had to throw my pans away. This pan has a non-stick ceramic coating over stainless steel. I love the size and shape and it's so easy to clean. Four grilled cheese or French toast easy!

I was skeptical on these pans. I have bought items before that claim to be non-stick. This product is truly amazing. I love it. I bought the whole set and extra pans. I am very pleased with the product.

I had been watching commercials on copper pan and when I saw a square one and it was a good price, I had to have it. Glad I did.

This is a great brand "Gotham steel Pan". I like this griddle pan for cooking my tortillas or for making pancakes. This griddle will last me about 2 years because I don't like to use plastic spoons. However, it is worth my money.

The best frying pan ever. Nothing sticks to it. Easy clean up.

I am a new user 2 the non-stick cookware. So far I am very pleased with it. My only objection is I can"t use it on my induction cook stove, if, I had know that before I ordered, I'm sure I wouldn't have purchased it. It does exactly what it says " nothing sticks to it. I did put a small amount of oil in it before frying a egg.

For "Non-Stick" it is excellent, and the surface doesn't scratch easily. I expect the bad reviews on it's non-stick performance are due to storage (other pans scratch) or cleaning practices that use scratch pads, etc that damage the surface? It will scratch!... just not easily like other non-stick surfaces. I only had one concern... the pan's base is not as heavy gauge as I had hoped, and thus does not sit true on a GLASS TOP range. Close... but it is not "completely" flat so there is a slight "wobble". Small enough that heat transfer doesn't seem to be uneven, but large enough that if your making an omelette, the eggs tend to run toward one end. I would expect it to work great on gas ranges.

It dose not cook even and it will dent easily

It seems sturdy but not overly heavy. It is really an effective nonstick surface. Very impressed with that. My only complaint is the handle. It is metal and not comfortable to hold in your hand. Actually its flat edges make it quite uncomfortable to carry. Ill probably have to buy some sort of handle cover.
