Gotham Steel Pro Premier Pots and Pans Set Nonstick 10 Pc Hard Anodized Kitchen Cookware Set

I was looking forward to receiving my cook set. I had used a Gotham Steel pan until it was worn out and liked it a lot. Upon receiving the box, I found the smallest pan (1 quart) had a broken handle. Not too disappointing, a replacement handle should be easy to obtain. The only opportunity for support I could find on the Walmart website was to get a refund. I did not want a refund, just a new handle. After more searching, I was able to find a customer support phone number for Gotham Steel. I called and after wading through the automated system was able to reach a person. They gave me a website to which I could send my information to get a replacement. I sent the information and a day later received an email stating they would look into it. It has now been 5 more days and no reply. It's a handle! How expensive could it be? Just send one and be done. Instead, I'm disappointed with my purchase and will be more and more as I wait for a couple dollar replacement item.

Frying pan scratched already advertised as non scratch.

I like the set. I thought it was a good deal. It was when I was washing the pans after removing them from the box, I seen the big fry pan has some kind of defect in the pan. One pan has a blemish on the outside which I could live with. I would keep the set if i could just exchange the fry pan, but that is not an option.

well you're supposed to be able to use metal utensils in these, i wouldn't advise it used a metal spatula in my skillet it scratched off the coating in spots, so now my new skillet, i won't be able to use no more.

advertisement says and shows a 3qt. pot as part of this set. This set actually includes a 1.5 qt. pot, not a 3 qt. pot. also all the advertisements say that they are oven safe to 500 degrees F but the box and each piece of cookware clearly state 400 degrees. The photos are of the actual box and cookware.

The set we ordered said it could be used on induction cooking devices, the set that arrvided we found out after using a few pans on the cook stove, then wanted to use on on the induction cook top that they were not made for induction. the pic below is what i ordered, it is not the right one

The product arrived in a timely manner. I had ordered this item in advance for a Christmas gift so it was wrapped and not opened until Christmas. Upon opening it the large skillet and large pot both had significant scratches/damage. It was a disappointing Christmas since this was a gift for my wife.

I laugh at this. I’ve had a set for 3 years. It does scratch. Hit it with a hammer n see what happens. Lol Not worth the money n yes your food stick to pans. I have to spray with olive oil to make eggs. By the way. I can’t even pull my order up from a couple years. It just disappeared. Ugh.

We babied this set and never put them in a dishwasher or stacked them on top of each other and after only three weeks the large pot had three different small chips in the ceramic where the lid sits on the pot. After another two weeks one of the saucepans revealed several scratches on the inside from either a whisk or the cloth from hand washing. Either way very disappointed in this set and I would not recommend.

Says it will work on induction stove IT WILL NOT!!!!!!
