Great kennel..very roomy

i have 80lb dogs, add specified HD ( heavy duty), unfortunately this product is far from that, flimsy side panels, cheap locking system, not worth the $ had to re-enforce all side panels myself, creating extra expense. would not recommend for large dogs

Missing parts, Walmart wouldn't stand behind the product and sent me to the seller. It had been 10 days since I contacted them about the missing parts with no response. It came in about 3000 pieces and took about 16 hours to assemble with the horrible directions. I bought two kennels. I took enough ports form the second to finish the first one. Not fun times!

poor quality. have been trying to return this item but seller won't reply to my emails and walmart not following thru with their promise to return item.

The product said it was delivered but never came , when I contacted ups they said the tracking number provided was Amazon not Walmart when , when I reached out to the company Elle mea , all I got was nothing then a ok and talk to Walmart for a refund , do not buy for Elle mea llc

i am still waiting for thevresponse to my email, is akready 15 days, they send me the wrong item, i need a exhange or return the item. nobody answer the email and there is customer service that i can call. What kind of business is this? 0 customer service!...sooo disappointing waist of time, money.

Not meant for large dogs metal is flimsy and my dog put a hole in it with in 2 hours now it's useless
