I really liked how strong and powerful the motor was. It was smooth and comfortable, and I did not need the additional rack, but for someone who carries a lot of stuff, it can be handy.
Great Bike and fast delivery
the company accepted fedex's return to sender without a hitch. i appreciate them for that
My son loves it. So far, we have no complaints at all. I want to give a special shout out to the CS department. A little mix-up on the ordering process, by me. But the helped to get everything straighten out right away and I still got it in plenty of time before Christmas. Thank you.
So far so good. We haven't even gotten up to the highest pas with it yet and it's done really well. It's been fun to ride
Nice bike ! Autonomy is fine but reduce fast at full speed
Its up and ready to go. Looking good! Haven't taken that first ride yet. Will have to submit another review at that time.
The bike ticks all the boxes in terms of performance, but I was a little disappointed with the storage rack.I would have liked something a little bigger and stronger so I could carry more stuff. It's not a fatal flaw, but there's definitely room for improvement.
So the bike over all is good is fast huge tires, but I didn't get all the tools I had to go to a cyclist shop to help get the front tire on. And there seems to be white marks on the back tire (both sides) I wiped then down and the keep reappearing
Horrible support by Gotrax. Second bike to fail the same way as the Rambo version I got. I should have known better than to try another one after dealing with their support, but did this one through Walmart for the 90 day return because it is impossible to return to Gotrax. They say risk free, but if you ask to just return it during the return window they say sure but you have to pay the shipping. That isn't risk free. Walmart was the only risk free way. Stay away from this if you don't want to end up pushing a bike down the street. It is too heavy to pedal without power. Rambo a few months ago left me stranded and this one lasted longer (60ish miles compared to 20ish miles) and I thought I was in the home stretch. After not receiving an email back until the end of the third business day from my support request, I had to return it to Walmart due to lack of confidence of having any parts to me and the back and forth. Walmart was awesome to deal with so if you need an e-bike, buy it from Walmart. Just don't buy a Gotrax!
