The bike is very good,but I had a few issues with the customer service.They were polite and helpful to a certain extent,but the process of fixing the minor issues was not as quick as I would have liked.Fortunately,the performance and quality of the bike made up for this minor inconvenience.

Am in my 60's and bought this bike to add to my daily activities.I think it is a great addition.It is easy to maneuver for someone my age and it has a 7 speed mode so it is fun to teach my grandchildren how to ride it.Definitely a good investment for any age.

I was not able to get to the max of 30 miles while on assist level 3 but I am still vary happy with the quality, been riding 3 hours minimum a day since I got over 3 weeks ago and have not had a single issue
