i love the bike and was easy to put together however i didnt like that i had to purchace a air pump because the tires were inflated but overall i love it

This is the 2nd order of a go Trax I ordered 1st one was threw Amazon and they said it was being held somewhere but it wasn't them it was the other company after they tookoney out my account for a item I waited 11 days past due date for had to argue to get my money back and they could clearly see my item was not with me!!!!!

This is a Christmas gift for my daughter 🎁. She is in the third grade of junior high school. She always wanted to have a bicycle of her own and ride it to school. This Christmas I want to help her fulfill her wish, so I want to give her a very beautiful bicycle. Cool 😎 electric car, she was very excited when she saw me assembling it 🥰, she tried it, the size of this electric car is just right, she is very satisfied 👍 This is really a great electric car,👍 It has seven gears and three throttles that can be switched at will. When you turn on the power and step on the pedals, electricity will be mixed in to ride, which is really labor-saving. My daughter is very satisfied🤩

I love it , always want to buy 1 more bike , we have 2 bike at home , my husband usually biking and with my son, I cant biking with them because we only have 2 bike , I bought it , love it , it is so beautiful, and I love the back seat part , and finally we can biking together

We live in a city.we have to send our daughter to school every morning,there are always traffic jams there, and we have to get up early every day, so we decided to buy an electric bicycle for her ,so we don't have to worry about traffic and I don't have get up early，and also can train a high school student to be independent . You can control the speed.pretty comfy seat!and easy install !!! Especially my daughter love it!!

I chose this Gotrax Endura e-bike to help me with my daily commute. I live about 7 miles from work and I'm tired of being stuck in traffic every day and paying these ridiculous gas prices. I don't have a lot of money to spend on a super expensive e-bike, but this seems like something I can handle, very basic, good for short commutes, and very affordable. In addition to my daily work commute, I also use it for casual riding. I rode it on some of the bike trails in the park. Cycling is fun and a great way to exercise. By the way only take 45 mins to put in together.

The bike came mostly assembled. It took about 30 minutes to complete the assembly. The bike operates well. It takes a little time to get used to riding an ebike. When it begins to "assist" you it surprises you at first. Overall, it's a good bike at a fair price. I hope to get a number of years of use with it.

Bike was easy to assembly using common scense. Instructions were confusing. Handlebars didn't lock with the wheel causing a fall. They are sending a locking gadget for the handlebar stem. Tried to replace seat but realized it doesn't work with universal seats. I've not had a chance to use it yet with all the issues. Bike is cute though.

I bought this Endura bike for myself %26 also the Emerge bike for my son. This bike came with a bike rack %26 kick stand (the other bike doesn`t) and it has the walk through design for a woman but what they sent me was disgusting! I could see there were big holes %26 tears to the bikes box and it looked like it had been opened before judging from it being re-stapled badly. Upon opening this box there was 100`s of mouse droppings and mouse nest that was from the shredded padding inside the box! The seat was chewed and scratched and i had serious doubts about the wiring! I emailed Gotrax and they gave me the "run around" saying that the mouse infestation was from the UPS carriers warehouse, i told them that it was delivered the next day from their Tx warehouse which is in my home state -it obviously sat in Gotrax`s warehouse getting infested and they still sent it out to me anyway with the box looking like that... That was one excuse but there were others also. Their Cust. service seemed not to care that i had mouse droppings over my carpet or the bad seat. After going back and for with them making me jump through hoops for several days %26 not making amends EXCEPT to finally say they`d give a 10% off discount if i returned the bike to them and bought the replacement from them Gotrax direct, NO THANK YOU!!! I shipped the nasty bike back and bought the replacement bike through Walmart again, If i hadnt already bought the other Emerge bike i would have shopped for another brand but i bought both Gotrax models because i wanted them to match. They should be thankful Walmart sells their bike for them cos their CS sucks, i know this cos i tried buying directly from them a bike rack for the Emerge bike and they shipped me a metal bar thats part of the battery housing and again gave me the round around again saying they dont know when they can send a refund even after sending them proof! They made me have to go open a dispute through my bank to get my money back. Also noticed that all the positive reviews on here has been "cherry picked" from their own Gortrax website -the only negative ones are not from them.
