What surprised me the most was its battery life. It's a really large capacity for an electric bike at this price. The folding design is so practical that I can easily fold it up and take it to the office or home without having to worry about parking safety issues. The power is also very strong, and the top speed of 20mph is very suitable for riding in an urban environment. This bike also comes with a lot of practical accessories. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and the fat tire design provides good stability and passability. Of course, it also has some minor shortcomings, such as a slight delay when the motor starts and the lack of a gear shifting system, but for this price, these are completely acceptable.

Husband put the bike together so I don't know how difficult or easy it was. My best bet was it was fairly easy. I don't know why but I wasn't expecting it to be so big? Maybe it's just coz I haven't ridden a bike in years lol. What can I say, it does everything it says it does. It's a great ride. If you are not used to motorized anything like me it's a bit of an adjustment to get used to once you switch the motor on. It's fast for me, at only about 10 mph I feel like that's fast enough for me lol. It can feel a little daunting but I'm going to take it slow and try to adjust myself to it. Once I do get used to it I know I will be more than pleased with buying it. The price was great, of course I always want to get something for cheaper but these electric bikes don't come cheap especially with the distance they can travel. I chose this model instead of another because it could go another 25 miles extra. Looking forward to adventuring out more with it! The fact that it can fold up is a big plus as well one of the main reasons I got it too.

wonderful bike, I purchased it for my boy as Christmas gift, he is so happy. This bike was easy to assemble. Mainly was just the front tire and seat. I will recommend 2 people to do it together to reduce balance during assembling. The price of the bike is fairly reasonable, I been checking for similar bike are around $700. Battery charge fast and powerful, please have helmet on during rid, it is fast, and smooth. Bike can be fold easily for transport. It also comes with lock, has keys for locking power for electric bike, as well can bike like regular bike, double secure with regular locking lock. Definitely recommend for someone wants bike with good price.

The power is stable, the speed is fast enough, and the 50 mile range is fully sufficient for my daily commute. After folding, the car body is very compact, making it easy to store in the trunk without taking up space. The ride is smooth, the battery is durable, and the actual color looks better. Easy to install, overall good texture, very worth buying!

Comfortable and easy to ride. The bike feels stable, and the brakes work well, which makes riding feel safe. The front light and clear display are helpful, especially in the evening.The folding design is convenient for storage, and pedal assist makes rides smoother and less tiring. Overall, a simple, reliable electric bike for everyday use.

Great bike and awesome customer service. Purchased 2 bikes. When unpacking, both bikes has deep indentations in the same place on the seat due to the way they were packaged, one of them tore through the vinyl of the seat. I emailed customer service showing them pictures of both seats and requested a new seat for the one bike that had a torn seat. Not 15 minutes later, I received a reply with tracking information for the shipping of the seat. When I got the box 2 days later, they replaced both seats. You can't ask for better service than that, Love the bike, and Gotrax.

This folding electric bike has completely change my daily commute. It's lightweight,folds in second,and fits easily in my car trunk. The motor is strong enough to climb hills with no effort, and the battery lasts way longer than expected.

Well was excited for the bike to arrive warm weather travel more. Assembly was okay the bike looked sharp. But the key would work, oddly the pin to remove the battery or turn the bike on just did nothing. Contacted Gotrax sent a video etc. There only advice return ship to Walmart, and fedex won't pick up the package meaning I have to pay to return ship this piece of hot garbage. Which is not simple and will cost 50 dollars or so. In closing do not buy a gotrax product, ye have been warned

Terrible quality and customer service. Bike was missing multiple parts. Front wheel hub nuts were missing. Seat was punctured and mirror cracked. Front brake rotor bolts randomly all popped out? Not torqued properly. Reached out to customer service in December/January to request parts. They never sent anything even with multiple emails. I'm now outside of the return window with Walmart. I will never purchase or recommend another gotrax product. We had an gotrax scooter previously and it was ok but this bike is garbage. Look somewhere else for an ebike.

Back wheel locked up at .4 miles. Filed a support claim with the manufacturer and they told me it would be 14 days before someone reached out to discuss options. Returned it to the store and purchased another brand!
