After scouring the internet for all the information I could get on this bike (a lot of bad reviews)... I decided to try it out for my son. We've had it for about a month and we've had no issues at all. My son got this for his 7th birthday and he rides it HARD! We've had a couple electric bikes in the past that have not lasted as long as I'd hoped but he also needed something bigger. The size of this is awesome and my 10 year old daughter rides it too. I even have to keep my husband off it! The seat and frame and everything is awesome. I have not had to contact the company for anything thus far so I can't speak on their customer service. When I saw this being sold through Walmart, I felt more comfortable buying it because of the 90 day return policy. So far so good and I'd definitely recommend it.

I bought the GOTRAX Fitz16 for my 13year-old son, and it has been an absolute blast! The bike looks even better in person-the red finish is sleek and eye-catching. The 36V battery provides plenty of power for off-road adventures, and the 16-mile range is more than enough for hours of fun. My son has been riding it on grassy fields and dirt trails, and the 16" off-road tires grip really well. The dual suspension makes for a smooth ride, even over bumps and uneven terrain.

I am super impressed Gotrax. These guys know to craft a perfect dirt bike for kids. The frame looks more sturdier than my Trek Marlin 7. Overkill!!! Now I need to find a superior helmet and matching protectors for my little one. Will soon update more photos.

The GOTRAX Fitz16 Electric Dirt Bike is a huge hit with my kids! The 350W motor gives it just the right amount of power — fast enough to be fun but still safe. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, and the battery life is impressive for long play sessions. It's easy to assemble and perfect for beginners ages 8 and up. My son loved this bike. He got it for his birthday and it is amazing. Very fast. The battery is working really well. He spent 2 hours in a trail and the battery was working perfectly well.

Rides smoothly through dirt tracks, accelerates fast, and brakes react quickly too which makes it really safe to ride on. Battery lasts long during the day and I can charge it at night so my kids can use it the next day.

I hate to give a bad review on something because of the company's poor Customer Service, but I feel I have to. I purchased this for my nine-year-old grandson‘s Christmas. It's very sturdy and it was fairly easy to assemble except for the back wheel that had horrible instructions. I had to YouTube it to figure out how to put it on after I got everything assembled, the headlight didn't work. I contacted the company and they said they would run it through their warranty. I told them I didn't want to wait because it was a Christmas gift and it was only a few days away so I purchased a headlight through them for $20. I was assured the headlight would be a fit for the bike when the headlight arrived. It was the whole entire wiring system not the little plug in on the wire that was there, so it was useless to me they would not refund the $20. I ended up taking the bike apart and the wiring for the headlight was not connected. The clip wasn't engaged after I did that the headlight worked. I put it all back together again and the headlight doesn't work. I take it apart again and reattach the clip and find out that the wiring harness is too short so I had to pull it to make it longer so that when I put everything back together, it wouldn't disconnect again. I contacted the company and they would not refund my $20 for the light nor did they respond to the fact that I had to take the bike apart and fix the clip for the headlight. after all that. It was fixed and my grandson enjoyed it immensely it's very quiet and very nice. Unfortunately, the Customer Service for Gotrax….had nothing to do with Walmart …..is horrible. i'm just a 70 year-old grandmother that wanted to give my grandson a nice Christmas… You would think they would refund me the $20 for the headlight I didn't use….oh well. If you're looking for a bike, that's a little bit higher than most actually a lot higher. If you have a tall child like I do than this would be the one for you for this price range… After that, the really tall ones start around $1000

My ONLY complaint is that it is Non-returnable. It is too small for my 10 year old grandson. Alternatives, HEYBIKE Sportrs offers a discount and a 14 day test period with easy return. Much better!!!!

I purchased the bike for my so Chirstmas. I purchased Go Trax because it had a brand name. My so. Drove the bike 5 times and now it won't work. The bike has displayed a E-10 code.
