Order a scooter, first one came and I had to return. I emailed customer service, and explained the issue and a new scooter was delivered to our home. We have tried out another brand and returned them decided to try this brand because our friends have them and we love them there quite quick charge time and it's so nice that the kids just have to step on gas makes it so easy to ride

So far so good. The double button on the foot board is a little hard for the littler kids to figure out - kinda wish these just had a finger button. The speed is good. It's bulky and seems well built. This is the 3rd e-scooter we've bought for our son (not this brand) in the last 3 months. The first 2 stopped working very quickly, so I'm interested to see the longevity of this one.

Works great charge lasts long time and its quick my daughter absolutely loves it

Didn't care for the controls on the floor of the scooter would have liked it better if they had been on the handle bars very confusing directions always have to kick off on the brake and hit the power forward multiple times to get up speed brake so close to power just not a good idea the kids can do it but getting off is scarey as heck

if i could give this negative 5 starts i would . this scooter doesnt work at all
