Gotrax Glide 6.5" Hoverboard for Kids Ages 6-12 with Bluetooth Speaker and Led Lights, Silver

My son wanted a hoverboard for his birthday. I was looking for something cool and affordable at the same time. And I found this one. The silver color is pretty cool and I like the Bluetooth feature. It’s was easy to connect it to my son’s phone. It has solid rubber tires and it’s lightweight which is pretty good so you can move it around easily. It has night lights too. The feature I love the most is the self balancing mode it’s really helpful for beginners. It’s rides really smooth too,

Bought it for my 11 year old boy. No setup required. He took it out, charged it for a little bit and has since been riding it everyday for hours. Seems well built, had nice lights and Bluetooth speakers. It has mac weight limit of 175lbs so better suited for kids. It's been just a week but so far happy with the purchase

This hoverboard came ready to go out of the box. Manual is pretty clear and easy to figure out. It took each of us a few minutes to get the hang of it but it was fairly easy to use after that. The Bluetooth music feature was a nice surprise and the battery life is good. Definitely recommend the go cart attachment from the same company.

This was bought because the first one ( hover star) we bought didn't even work out of the box. Got one for my grandson and when that one didn't work we order this one. And now we have to buy another one because the other ( hover star) quit working. These just don't stay charged very long.

First Hoverboard we received would not charge or turn on at all. Contacted Walmart and they did give us a replacement. My child used the replacement for about three days and then one of the wheels got stuck and could no longer use it again.

I ordered 7 hoverboards for the grandkids, and purposefully ordered them in various colors so as to avoid confusion and fights. If you were going to substitute rose gold for rainbow I needed to know that before they were sent, so that I could have bought from a different company. Now there is zero chance of exchanging before Christmas and I'm stuck with having to buy decals to cover this board. Poor service.

I purchased this hoverboard just two months ago for my 7-year-old. Two days ago, it suddenly started smoking and completely stopped working. When I called Gotrax for warranty support, the best they could offer was for me to pay shipping (on a very heavy hoverboard) just so they could “see” if I might be approved for a replacement. That's completely unacceptable — At this point, I feel the warranty is meaningless. Don't waste your time or money. Look for another brand that stands behind their products.

We purchased this board as a birthday gift for our child, but unfortunately, our experience with this product — and brand — has been nothing but frustrating. The first unit worked fine after the initial charge cycle, but after the second charge, it began malfunctioning — suddenly taking off in random directions. A friend who owns the same brand (and has had no issues) even tested it and confirmed the behavior was abnormal. We returned that board and ordered a replacement of the same model, hoping it was just a one-off issue. However, the second board arrived with a completely non-functional right side. At that point, we opted to return it in-store and exchange it for a different model — one we knew others had success with. Unfortunately, the third board had the exact same issue: after a full charge, the right side failed to respond, and the device began spinning in circles before crashing into a wall. We followed every troubleshooting recommendation available — including resets, calibration, online guides, and the manufacturer's instructions — but nothing resolved the issues. Having experienced the same defect across three separate units, it's clear there's a serious quality control issue. Whether it's a lack of proper inspections or flawed design, we can't recommend this board or brand to anyone. A birthday gift turned into a major disappointment.

Never worked right from the start. But my son was willing to keep it even with it dying out of nowhere. Now one side doesn't work at all and gotrax says we're out of warranty time. (Purchased in January as son's birthday gift) They make it nearly impossible to it replaced.

couldnt like anything! ordered it 2xs and was told both times my order was basicallylost! Second time i was told it was on the truck on its way and was picked uup for delivery probably 40 minutes away then when iit didnt show up i was told it wasnt coming! got a redund for the 3rd time! very frustrating!
