Information says it isn't charged on arrival but actually is! If you are in a hurry this is a great hoverboard for kids that is in stock at Walmart stores and for quick delivery. It makes a great gift. Very reasonably priced. It is really sturdy and easy to balance. I recommend kids, well probably adults too, start out inside. It is as simple as shifting your weight forward and back to ride.

I love that it automatically balances so I didn't have to worry about the children falling as they learned how to use it. It was already charged in the box, so they were happy to start playing with it immediately. Now each of them want their own...guess I'll be back to order more.

We bought the first one for our grandson as a bday gift. The Bluetooth picks up sound clear and volume is pretty good. The battery life seems to be doing good also as they ride for a few hours before they have to charge it up again. We had to buy a second one for our granddaughter who loves it, too.

My son is obsessed with his new hover board! It goes the perfect speed. He is 7 and I was a little worried about safety. I don't think it goes too fast which is great. It lights up and plays music. It is easy to charge. I would definitely recommend!

We bought this hoverboard for our 5-year-old son for Christmas and it has been a huge hit! The battery lasts a long time, the quality is impressive, and the lights make it even more fun. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Board is perfect for the price. My kids use it with the cart so I think that's what makes the battery drain faster but it's fun and gets my kids outside every day

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas, She LOVED .the color schematics! She's a patient girl, it took 5 hours to charge but she rode it until it needed charging again! I was amazed at how balanced she was on it, it seemed as easy as walking, she opened all of her other presents and rode around the house smooth as butter! To our surprise it has Bluetooth and most importantly she was happy!

It arrived with some chipped paint spots, which is frustrating, as I know they will grow larger easily now. Also, I must note that this thing smells terrible!! It's got a VERY strong chemical smell to it. We've had it for a month and a half now, and the smell has not dissipated at all :( But, otherwise, it really does seem to be a great hoverboard. My daughter is rather clumsy in general (lol) and she cruises around on it with no problem, which was a huge relief. And the flashing lights and Bluetooth speaker really take it to next level fun :) She is 7 and absolutely loves it.

Nobody mentions this. They do not have dual 200 watt motors. They have 150 watt motors. The Edge Galaxy and Black come with a 2.0ah battery also not a 2.6ah. I see some used ones for sale on eBay where it says 200 watt motors on the box, but beware if the box doesn't say anything at all you won't know until you open it and flip it over. Every single store every description even on their own website says dual 200 watt motors. They don't I have four of them. I called their customer service number 14 times today on a Monday afternoon nobody answered left a voicemail two emails I can't return the things, the ones I bought directly from Gotrax. They have an A to Z trading sticker on the bottom and they have 150watt motors and it's engraved in the wheels. Now they are still fast hard to believe only 6.2 but when you get up on carpet or something they lack of power if you try to move forward too fast the motors bog out, "buzz" you'll just fall off on your face because they don't have enough power. They work fine on a smooth surface and if you're an 80 lb kid but even for an 80 lb kid they won't work good in the grass going up any hill the motors are false advertising.

We bought this hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas. She liked it until it literally stopped while she was riding it and slung her off. Now it will only come on when it's plugged up. When we unplug it the thing shuts off.
