Really a blast to ride. This is my first time buying an ebike. Road a few at some trade shows and some of the slower rental models and decided I had to have one of my own. Needed something with some stability, range, and cargo space on it and the porter popped up on my most recent search and it matched almost too well. Had it for about two weeks and I am really happy with my choice!

Misleading photo and video showing child seat. Customer service is very rude. Manager offered 20% off the child seat and hung up on me. Called back, they stated she left. I asked for a callback never happened. Imagine dealing with them if something was wrong with the bike! Better to avoid this company . I see other reviewers had similar experience with customer service. Zero stars if I could give.
