My kid absolutely loves it! The speed is perfect ,not too fast, not too slow. Super easy and safe to ride, and the battery lasts a long time on a single charge. It feels well-made, looks great, and rides really smoothly. Totally worth it!

This electric scooter was fantastic for our girl as winter present! It lighted up all over her on the lane and let her get super attractive. It is safe and remained balanced for her 6 years old. And she likes the speed and our parents won't need to worry too much! It can also be folded in a very small size and was carried on teh vehicle to any wherever. We loved it! Super convenient!

The weight and size of the scooter are perfect for a 6 years old. It was easy to assemble and has a nice, big riding platform. The handle adjusts easily to the height needed. Sturdy scooter to ride for daily use and a Solid buy! The lights is absolutely a gorgeous addition, even the kitten agrees.

My kids enjoy the lights and especially when you push really quick and it goes on its own.

Not what I expected for the price. They have to give it a kick start to go. My 5 yr old son loves is though!

Bought as a gift from Santa for my 4 year old son, glad I had a back up gift considering I ordered the scooter in black and they sent me a white and pink one! Other than that don't know anything about it we opened the box saw the white and pink and set it back in there!

We have owned a couple GoTrax scooters but I will never buy from them again. First one was a Christmas present, (Scout model) and it gave us problems all the time. Was under warranty so Gotrax customer service was helpful at first. It took a lot of communication with them. Kind of painful. I had to constantly follow up. Company was cool (at first) and sent out a "replacement" scooter which was the next level up because they didn't have the original in stock. This was the GKS Lumious model. Well.....they sent a lemon! Thing lasted for 3 weeks and would not stop beeping and they could not tell me "why" or even help because I was out of the warranty period at this point. It was literally brand new/from a box, but when we received it, but we didn't open it right away. Our kiddo was not big enough for the next level up. When we finally did open and assemble, like I said it lasted for 3 weeks. Not a charger issue as far as I know because I tried 2 different GoTrax scooter chargers and it was on green/fully charged, and charger and scooter did work fine for a couple of weeks. But one night after a ride, it just never stopped beeping and would not move. No other troubleshooting we could do for this model, that I could find online or in manual, it doesn't have a reset code or anything. We checked all the wires. They are junk in my honest opinion. Beware! Read the reviews of all the folks saying the same. It's sad people still buy from them. They are cheaply made and the customer service team is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Condescending, immature guys that probbaly work out of a basement. Absolute clowns. Just read...thousands of angry customers saying the same thing.

I bought this for my granddaughter birthday. It only lasted 3 months. I purchased the warranty and that was a mess, They told me to take to repair shop pay for repairs. Then they will give me a gift card for reimburse of repairs in 1-2 day. Told them that's not going to work. They said okay we can send your money back. Still waiting 😡😡😡😡😡
