It's a great scooter and delivery was much faster than Amazon. It arrived on a Sunday by fedex within the estimated time frame. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I bought this scooter almost three years ago, never had an issue! it charges quickly, lasts quite long, and takes me soaring through the streets. It can sometimes struggle when going steep, but other than that i recommend to everyone! I love the scooter, because it has place for 2 people, and gets me to places quickly! I was in contact with michelle and advised her of my problem. she helped me through a troubleshooting procedure and found out i needed a new console. she answered all my questions like a professional and kept me informed on the buying, shipping and installation process. she was a 100% customer service person that was very knowledeable about her product and didn't try to push buying all kind of parts. she made my experience with this process very satisfying and would work with her again any day. I bought this scooter for my daughter to get around the massive Texas A&M campus. It can be HOT and she had LONG walks in between classes. The scooter has been a major hit! She rides it everywhere and is the envy of all her friends. I thought at first she would only use the scooter for the days when she had the long walks, but she takes it everywhere. Her car is parked a long way from her dorm. Now she rides the scooter to her car and puts the scooter in her trunk so she can ride the scooter back to the dorm when she returns. I'm also one who does a lot of research before making a "major" purchase. I really like the fact you can order just about every replacement part for these scooters from the website. Other manufacturers don't have this option and require you to send the entire scooter in for repairs.

Motor died 5 months after purchase. Customer service was not great. Sent replacement wheel Motor with no instructions.
