This electric scooter is incredible! This scooter is a big hit with my kids. They ride it all the time until the battery dies. The charging process takes some time, but it is well worth it. The battery lasts a long time. We went for a bike ride and it kept up with us. We drove for about 3 miles and used up the entire battery. Putting the scooter together was a breeze. I probably only needed to screw in a couple of screws, but that was it. It was also relatively simple to get the scooter moving. It was a little perplexing at first, but once I realized what was going on, it became clear. I have to use my foot to press the front button. Then, just like a regular scooter, begin moving it. Then I have to put my other foot on the ground. This is where the Gotrax GKS came in handy. It is extremely reasonably priced for a well-built electric scooter. Assembly was simple: four bolts to secure the front wheel and four bolts to undo and redo to secure the handlebar. I also like how the handlebar is keyed so that it centers itself during installation. After that, we plugged it in for the initial 5-hour charge. We tried to wait 5 hours, but after 2 hours, the charger's light turned green, so I let her go for a quick spin down the street. It comes with a kickstand and its very handy. For the price and quality i would recommend this electric scooter.
