I have been using these shakes for years to fill in nutrition gaps on days when I'm super busy. Either in the morning when I'm rushing out of the house, after a workout, or in the afternoon when I feel like reaching for the chips or candy. It's great on its own (I mix it with water or coconut milk in a blender bottle). It's also great in smoothies using a blender with some frozen berries for a thick and filling treat that's like an acai bowl from a restaurant but without all the added sugars. When I am traveling or I know I'll have a hectic day, I'll put a serving in a zip lock baggie and bring my blender bottle to mix on the go. It's saved me in the airport many times when the airport food options were all closed during a layover!

I have had TLS shakes for many years now. For me, the taste of these shakes is much better than any other shake I have tried and the bonus fiber in them makes them well worth the cost.

Grateful that the years of chalky protein shakes with strange after-tastes are long gone! Not only does the GoTrim deliver on the protein, it also gives a terrific foundation of vitamins and minerals. Love them post work-out or a healthy midday snack, and breakfast on the run with frozen berries, kale, spinach (pick your favorite greens!), half a banana is perfect for those busy days!

I am not much of a shake person, and almost every weight management shake I have ever tasted had a weird taste either before or after it. This is the first time I have not had that icky taste, and I love both the vanilla and the chocolate.

When I get home late after 7 pm, I want something quick to prepare and high in protein. The Go Trim shakes have 19 grams of protein which helps me feel satiated. Chocolate is my favorite followed by PSL. Don't care for the Vanilla except for recipes that call for it. I would really love it if they did not use seed oil-Sunflower Oil and Sucralose. Hope the company looks at reformulating the shakes to be healthier for helping MAHA. Let's do better!

I loved The TLS vanilla, protein powder. I am not sure what was changed, but I don't care for Go Trim at all. I consistently use TLS for many years because I love the taste I will be looking for a new protein powder. Any chance you'll be carrying the TLS original vanilla again?
