I liked the idea of a finer ground garlic in a paste. I'm still fiddling with the amounts since I've been used to chopped garlic and the paste is more concentrated but I'll be using the paste from now on. No more biting into pieces of garlic when eating.

This is one of the best convenience products for cooking when garlic is in your recipe and prep time is not. It's perfect for sauces and soups and lasts a long time in the refrigerator. You may need to add a little more than what the recipe calls for because flavor is not as strong as fresh garlic. It's become one of my favorites

I used this garlic paste added to melted butter and spread it on some french bread I bought from our grocery store for an easy garlic bread. It was really good! Honestly, I got my husband to try it too and we both said we wish I'd added more of the garlic. Looking forward to adding this to more recipes that I normally just use garlic powder with... this will be so much better!
