I bought this Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste to add to microwaved Ramen Noodle Soups, and it's really good! I didn't measure, just added a squirt of Ginger and stirred. Makes the broth taste better and is very aromatic. Now I wish Walmart would carry Gourmet Garden Carmelized Onion!

Yuck, it seems impossible to find ready to use ginger that isn't full of sugar. I should have read the label more carefully, I can't believe I missed "fructose" in the ingredients because that ruined it for me. I used it anyway and it was way too sweet; I was so unhappy with how my stir fry turned out. I guess fresh ginger or ginger powder is the only way to go. I guess I'll be using this to make more ginger chews like I did with the last ginger
