great for making a hot cup of tea when you're sick or not everything is packed in it just add hot water honey if you want really doesn't need it great for adding to dishes for extra added bunch of flavor thank you for your well balanced flavor invention great stuff!
I bought this Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste to add to microwaved Ramen Noodle Soups, and it's really good! I didn't measure, just added a squirt of Ginger and stirred. Makes the broth taste better and is very aromatic. Now I wish Walmart would carry Gourmet Garden Carmelized Onion!
I love this stuff. It makes my life so much easier. I hate peeling and dealing with ginger root. This makes it so convenient and also I love the smooth texture. So you're not feeling fibrous bits and pieces in your food. Also, I think it tastes just as fresh. No compromise in flavor.
This ginger paste is a total kitchen shortcut without sacrificing flavor. It has a fresh, bold ginger taste that blends smoothly into stir-fries, marinades, sauces, and soups—no peeling or grating required. The squeeze tube makes it super easy to control how much you use, and it stores neatly in the fridge. I love how it saves time on busy days while still giving dishes that warm, zesty ginger kick. Definitely a staple for quick, flavorful cooking. 👌
you will love the flavor of fresh ginger but hate the prep work, do yourself a huge favor and grab a tube of Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-in Paste. It's a little tube of culinary magic that will make your cooking easier, fresher, and infinitely more flavorful. Pros: Ultimate Convenience: No peeling, no grating, no mess. Just squeeze and go, saving significant prep time. Authentic Fresh Ginger Flavor: Delivers the true pungent, spicy, and aromatic kick of fresh ginger, remarkably well-preserved. Long Shelf Life (Refrigerated): Stays fresh in the fridge for weeks, preventing waste and ensuring ginger is always on hand. Cons: Price Per Ounce: Can be more expensive than buying fresh ginger root, but the convenience and lack of waste often balance it out. Not for Aesthetic Garnish: If your recipe calls for fresh ginger slices for presentation, this paste won't fulfill that role. Can Be Hard to Get the Last Bit Out: Like all tubes, getting every last drop can be a slight challenge as it gets emptier.
I really enjoyed Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-In Paste. It has a fresh, authentic ginger flavor and is incredibly convenient compared to peeling and grating fresh ginger. The tube makes it easy to add just the right amount to stir-fries, marinades, soups, and sauces without any waste. The paste blends smoothly into recipes and saves a lot of prep time. It's a great pantry staple for busy cooks who want the taste of fresh ginger without the hassle. I would definitely buy it again.
No more ginger root going to waste because I can't use it all. No more busting my knuckles on a grater. No more precious time trying to peel, then grate ginger! All the flavor, none of the hassle! us I can getuch more accurate measurements instead of grating too much, and just adding it in because I don't want to waste it. Or not grating enough and having to go through the whole process all over again. Added bonus? don't have the spoon I peeled it with, the whole grater, and whatever I measured it with all to wash just for a little ginger. Just the measuring spoon! Saves me so much, all the way around!
These tubes for ginger, garlic and tomato pastes are so easy to use and to measure. Easy for kids just learning to cook and elderly like me that's teaching them. They dissolve quickly in sauces, soups, stir fries and just about everything. And bonus, they last longer in the fridge. No more throwing cans out 3/4 full because no can! And it doesn't take much either. You will enjoy cooking even more! I'm so glad I find these tubes.
I really like this ginger paste. It's super convenient – no more buying fresh ginger and trying to keep it fresh. The flavor isn't quite as strong as raw, but it's still good and totally worth it for the ease. I use it all the time now. Highly recommend!
Yuck, it seems impossible to find ready to use ginger that isn't full of sugar. I should have read the label more carefully, I can't believe I missed "fructose" in the ingredients because that ruined it for me. I used it anyway and it was way too sweet; I was so unhappy with how my stir fry turned out. I guess fresh ginger or ginger powder is the only way to go. I guess I'll be using this to make more ginger chews like I did with the last ginger
