Gourmet Slivered Almonds by Its Delish, 5 lbs

At least three times now I have received five pound bags of slivered almonds from It's Delish and am just as satisfied with the third batch as I was with the first. And I see no reason not to continue ordering slivered almonds from It's Delish.

I do not use the jar. I would be happy if you lowered the cost of the nuts and put them in a throw-away container

The almonds are fresh, delicious and all purpose. I mostly use them for baking all sorts of goodies.

Quality control was wonderful the past few months and now you slipped back to shipping tiny bit and pieces of almonds with loads of dust. If you can't ship the wonderful slivered almonds you provided previously, just cancel the order.

Last year, due to the pandemic, I ordered four pounds of slivered almonds that came in two handy, separate bags and the almonds were wonderfully CRISP. This year's order of four pounds came in only one unwieldy bag and the nuts were NOT particularly crisp at all. These nuts are used almost exclusively as an adjunct to morning granolas and other cereals. This is a mild disappointment and I have no idea whether or not I ordered the exact same thing as last time, or not.

My severe food sensitivity keeps me eating a large variety of foods. With your Delish almonds, a drizzle of olive oil and salt, baked in a 500 oven provide protein and fat needed for my daily protein and fat.they are my dessert everyday. Don't know what I'd do without them. Thank you

The last order was fine and we are looking forward to continuing with a quality product. The previous order had mostly bits and pieces, lots of dust, and did not taste as expected. We gave you another chance and you came through. We bragged about your quality control to our friends, neighbors and relatives and regretted our compliments.when the previous order was received. You have redeemed yourselves and hopefully you will maintain your high quality.

This latest order of raw, slivered almonds was great. Not a lot of small crumb like pieces, but true slivered pieces. I roast them in olive oil and salt for my dessert. I have a severe food sensitivity and the almonds are essential to a healthy way of eating and getting calories!

Almonds are yellowed and not as crunchy as usual. You have supplied great almonds in the past but this last batch (and one previously) is not up to your usual dependability. Is it possible the almonds are old and not as white and crunchy?

My diet is incredibly restricted and your sounds are one thing I can eat..... light olive oil and salt, roast, and eat about one cup every night. Don't know what I would do without your delish almonds. Thank you very much! Jennie
