I like using these ground walnuts on my cereal. The same antioxidants without having to smash them with my fingers. Also, a good value in the 5 pound package.

Ok, but I don't think I would purchase again.
Sorry, but, in my opinion, the taste just wasn't that great. It was ok, but for the quantity and price, I don't think I would purchase again.

The item Gourmet Ground Walnuts by It's Delish is listed as 7 oz but the quantity I received was only 4.5 oz……Either I am owed a partial refund or more product….
