Great coffee maker that is easy to use and clean! Comes with a 1 year warranty that they extend to 3 years if you register with them. I like this model over others because its easy to pull out the grinder, providing quick and easy access to clean it.

This coffee machine takes home-brewed coffee freshness to a new level without any more hassle than a normal machine. The grinder works quite quickly and drops the grounds directly into the filter basket so that the coffee can be brewed immediately. I especially like the quality of the burr grinder, which has multiple settings ranging from fine enough for an espresso to coarse enough for cold brew or French press coffee (I've used it for all 3). If you want to use the grinds for something else, it comes with a convenient container that you can use instead of the filter basket. Additionally, since the filter basket is a separate, removable part of the machine, you don't need to run a separate rinse cycle if you just want to make hot water. I also find the timer to be quite convenient. The build quality seems nice enough. I like that the carafe is glass and that the filter basket is designed so that when you remove the carafe, a valve shuts to stop the coffee from dispensing. The heating pad is also quite hot and stays on for a couple of hours, or until you manually turn it off. The markings seem to be for 5-ounce cups, which leaves plenty of room for milk. The only thing I don't like is that the strength setting—which changes the amount of water it puts into the beans at once—can only be adjusted in the "grind and brew" option. However, that is not a big deal because the grinder doesn't run for very long anyway. The coffee it brews tastes quite good, and I have had a much easier time making a consistently good cold brew than with my normal blade grinder.

I have always been a simple kcup type of guy, till one ay my friend recommended that fresh coffee is just next level, so i ordered this coffee machine and let me tell you WOW! Easy to use and fresh ground beans are really next level. Just put beans in and it grinds and brews it for you. A really great product that i recommend for everyone looking for a better cup of joe!

This coffee maker/grinder is a pretty good value and works as it should…I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to clean the grinder after every couple of grinds

Instructions are difficult to follow. Symbols on coffee pot are unclear. Making a cup of coffee shouldn't be this complex. The 800 number was no help at all. Over-priced.

We have had it a week and it won't brew coffee! It is grinding the beans but not brewing. we have tried brewing with fresh grounds or beans and neither way is working.

AVOID. This is one overpriced piece of nothing. Great advertisting not from Walmart, but the manufacturer. Bought this two weeks ago, used the grind feature and it worked ok for a few tries. Then, the beans began to pile up and did not go through resulting in me having to clean the reservoir too many times. Ground coffee stuck in the device preventing a further batch of beans from going through. I replaced it with a $25 ordinary coffee maker and will leave it at that.

First of all, item description states that it comes with a reusable filter. It does not. I contacted company through their answering service because it was a weekend. They did get back to me via email, but asked for a bunch of information. I provided all the information and never heard anything back for weeks, or ever for that matter. I had read and previous reviews that the item works great for about a month then clogs up every time it grinds beans. I chose to purchase this item anyway because some reviews are not always accurate. That review was accurate. We've been using the item for about a month and lo and behold it started clogging up every time we would grind beans. Took unit apart and thoroughly clean, but to no avail. We had trouble operating unit to begin with, but once we figured it out, it seemed to work for the first month. also, the warming plate only stays on for two hours, and you cannot adjust it to four like it says in the description.
