This was my first time making crepes and I was hesitant about how this would work. Based on other reviews, I decided to give it a try. It was worked perfectly! This is a great crepe pan. Easy to use. I personally use a recipe for Russian pancakes ( easy crepe recipe) and this pan is the perfect pan for this recipe. The bowl in comes with to dip pan into batter is the perfect size. Perfect thin crepes every time.

Heat quickly, nonstick for easy release. I carefully used wooden chopstick to help release crepe. Yield beautiful and thin crepes.

So easy to make. Saves time. We make not just crepes but also make Indian dosa with ready made batter.

Easy to use, even heat. Fast. The only down fall is that the cord is a little too short so just have to adjust your work area so that you can use the crepe maker otherwise using a extension cord makes it a lot easier

So we love the idea of this, but the heat is not adjustable and it gets too hot. It would cook the batter in the tray but the crepe wouldn't stick to it. We got it work but it was a definite learning curve. We actually turned it off, let it cool for a minute…dipped it and then quickly turned it back on. It works…but I wouldn't call it easy.

it didn't work. tried different batter won't work and can't get it off the pan. so stick and dry quick. not what I expected. it hard to get it off and way too hot
