Ice Maker Pro is WAY Better Than Opal I've owned a GE Opal before, and honestly, the Ice Maker Pro is on a whole different level. It makes ice faster, produces more ice per day, and has been far more reliable. With the Opal, I constantly worried about cleaning, mold in the lines, and parts failing. This machine is much simpler to maintain and just works. The nugget ice is excellent—perfect for drinks, soda, and chewing—and the machine keeps up even when we're using a lot of ice. It's also quieter than my Opal was after a year of use. For the price, performance, and reliability, this is a much better value. If you want great nugget ice without the headaches, this is the one to buy. Highly recommend!

I had a Frigidaire icemaker and it could not keep up with the ice demand. Was comparing the Govee with the GE profile icemaker and decided with the three year warranty and the positive reviews to give it a try and I am so glad I did. We haven't even ran close on running out of ice.

This ice maker is the best one I've bought to date. It makes ice fast and the water and ice storage container are huge! I put the ice in a gallon freezer bag and the bags won't hold two full ice storage containers. I put the bags in the freezer and use a rubber mallet to brake the bag back down to pellets. They brake apart better better than a purchased bag of ice that you have to slam on the ground. The app works well and sends notifications for ice bucket full, out of water and storage compartment not closed. I highly recommend this ice maker!!

I have had this ice maker for around 2 weeks now. I love that it makes sonic ice, but is a little harder so melts slower. I live the ability to program when ice is made so the ice maker doesn't run all day. I had 2 of a competitors brand in the last year. So far I am very pleased with this one!!!

Works better than our old Opal. Much quieter as well. I think the Govee's cleaning and descaling cycles are also much better than the GE. Our Opal died and was full of pink mold. The Govee seems to be a better machine so far.

This Is a beast of an ice maker. A bucket of ice lasts all day and night without melting. Ultra quiet and nice ambient lighting. Easy to maintain and clean.

I love how quiet the unit is and also how it lights up. The only change I would love to see incorporated is after the ice is made it didn't freeze into a clump (the other one I had different brand didn't do this); otherwise I'm very impressed.

Got this two days ago love it makes ice fast. The water tanks are big and hold a lot of water the lighting from. Govee is always amazing. Very simple to set up an easy to use. Highly recommend. used other ice machines that always broke civil slow to make ice.

Great quality produces quickly and very quite I would recommend this for purchase

Received the item and keep telling me it need water, yet is was full. Seem like their was an issue with the pump, but not sure. I return the item.
