Enfrijoladas
This is what I use for enfrijoladas. I like that they are almost purée and so I mix them with milk to make a sauce. Fry the tortilla ,dip in sauce, both sides and add Mexican cheese and roll up. Add more sauce to top with cheese and chopped green onion. Yum! Serve with eggs.
