Nothing cheaper, simpler and more delicious.
Harina de Maiz. Goya.... and, if it is Goya, it must be good.... and YES, IT IS! All I need after cooking this very simple and inexpensive "polenta" is to top it with a fried egg and a couple of fried sweet plantains. Like going zero to sixty in one minute, eating this meal brings me back to my childhood.
