Delicious Split Pea Soup
First time using the recipe on the back of the package for making split pea soup, and it turned out great! I used a pre-cubed 8 oz pkg of ham, and extra carrots %26 onions, and I make littlle german drop egg dumplings (egg, flour %26 a pinch of salt), and add those, too. Delicious hearty soup!
