Childhood memories!
I grew up eating these with La Unica crackers with my grandma, and I am so glad I found them again! My favorite snack and they are amazing as appetizers when hosting

The lroduct is generally good except for one thing. A good croquette is nice and plump. These croquettes are small and a bit thin, so the breading overwhelms the ham filling a bit. Otherwise, they are good.

The best way to eat them is fried! Unfortunately, not everyone eats fried foods nowadays!

Croqueticas
I do like croquetas A LOT and Goya USED to make the best of them (The best of the frozen kind). Whatever has happened, they are not the same any more. Crust is too hard, the inside is too thick, the flavor is not as delicate as it used to be and should be. They are still good enough to quickly solve a fast lunch or snack but it saddens me to reduce quality and taste when they already had the very best for years.

A fail for Goya.
These have changed and not for the better. The ingredients list has multiplied by 100. Too much smoke and bad ingredients.
